How the connection works

Built on the official Housecall Pro platform.

Housecall Pro offers a public REST API covering customers, jobs, estimates, invoices and more, plus webhooks that notify an integration the moment something changes. You generate an API key in the API Key Management app from Housecall Pro’s App Store, and turn on webhooks from the Webhooks card. Housecall Pro then provides a signing secret, so every incoming event can be verified as genuine.

Both the API and webhooks are available on Housecall Pro’s MAX plan. If you’re on another plan, we’ll look at what your account supports and recommend the best route before you commit to anything.

Do I need Housecall Pro’s MAX plan?

Housecall Pro limits its API and webhooks to the MAX plan. If you’re not on MAX, tell us what you want to automate and we’ll check what’s possible with your current setup before you upgrade anything.

Can you connect Housecall Pro to QuickBooks?

Housecall Pro has its own QuickBooks Online sync, which suits many businesses. We help when you need more than it offers, such as custom field mapping, extra systems in the loop, or reports that combine data from both.

Is my Housecall Pro data safe?

We use Housecall Pro’s official API, store keys securely, verify webhook signatures and only request the data a workflow actually needs.

Can AI reply to my customers automatically?

It can, but we usually start with AI drafting messages for a person to approve. Once you trust the output, you decide which steps run on their own.
